Posterene prints are made on premium matte poster paper with a smooth, refined finish.

The matte finish helps reduce glare and gives the artwork a clean, elegant look

ARE FRAMES INCLUDED?

No, frames are not included unless clearly stated on the product page.

Posterene currently sells art prints only, so you can choose a frame that best matches your space.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our prints are available in multiple sizes, including:

Available sizes may vary by design.

ARE PRINTS PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL?

Posterene prints are physical art prints.

You will receive a printed poster shipped to your address. Digital downloads are not included.

WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Each Posterene print is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your print to be created before it ships.

After production, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 2–8 business days

Canada: 2–5 business days

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

Europe: 2–10 business days

Australia: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, or unexpected delays.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer simple flat-rate shipping based on your location. Please review the table below for shipping costs and free shipping qualifications:

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries.

Our select European countries include Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Sweden.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

If duties or taxes are required, they will be collected by your local customs office or delivery carrier.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Each Posterene print is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping details.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review the problem and help arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Because each Posterene print is made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made within 4 hours of placing your order.

If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

After 4 hours, your order may already be in production and we may be unable to cancel or make changes.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has gone into production or shipped, we may be unable to change the address.

WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
